I am a person that easily can build long lasting relationships and get people to follow me in my work. One of my strengths is my ability to translate business requirements into practical and commercially feasible solutions. I am business oriented and structured and has a good ability to operate in a changing environment with a lot of ongoing in parallel. In addition to a listening delegated leadership – based on my military training - I can make quick decisions when necessary.
Since September 2019 I am back in the Swedish Armed Forces working with logistics and supplies within the Armed Forces Telecommunications and IT unit (FMTIS). FMTIS is responsible for maintaining and developing the strategic C2 and C3 networks for the entire Swedish Armed Forces both in Sweden and abroad and for developing the capabilities within the cyber arena. My role is with internal logistics and supply within a unit serving the southern parts of Sweden. Due to the situation in the world the Swedish Armed Forces is within a rapid growth and development.

Project Manager within the Business IT department at Telenor i Sweden leading different type of IT-projects.

Within the Wholesale department I was responsible for all product development for Providers (SP's) and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO's) connected to Telenor Sweden's network.
I was responsible for the technical design of these agreements and its practical realization and one of my tasks is to ensure that the customer receives a technical and commercial solution that supports the client's strategic business focus. The agreements are at economic levels between 10-70 million SEK per year with a contracts time between 3-5 years and represent strategic business components for the customer.
Another part of my work was to be requester and requirement owner on development projects when developing functionality supporting the mobile Wholesale business in the long term.
I was also responsible for the services delivered to our customers in terms of quality and availability.
I worked as project manager during the period 2004 - 2005 within Vodafone Sweden's project management organization with internal development projects.
The work included both technical projects and market projects. The projects were of varying scopeand size from small projects to projects with 15-20 people and a budget of 30 - 40 million SEK.
I have also experience working with projects under a program structure where several projects are coordinated within a program.
During the period from December 2001 until May 2004, I worked as manager for product development within the Wholesale and Service Provision department at Vodafone Sweden AB.
I had the overall responsibility that the right products and services were available in right time for the customers who were contracted during this period. I was also responsible of ensuring, in the context of the customer negotiations conducted, that customers had the right technological solutions that could meet their business needs.
In my role as an Officer, I have primarily worked with the training of Conscripts, Cadets and professional Officers in the field of supply and logistics.
I have worked both as an instructor (teacher) and Platoon Leader.
The Platoon Leaders job is to plan, implement and monitor the training courses conducted, and is responsible for about 30 conscripts and 5-8 officers. In my role as a platoon leader, I was responsible for planning and implementing training of approximately 28 weeks’ duration for primarily our platoon officer selected conscripts.
Another part of my job has been to educate our conscript chefs in cooking at the former Marinens Intendenturskola in Karlskrona.
I have during my officer's career got a very solid management background, both through the training that I have undergone but above all by many years working in positions in the military organization. I have a clear picture of what I base my leadership on, and am well aware of group dynamics and team development.
Within the Armed Forces applied at this time the FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation) as the basic leadership ground. FIRO is an American leadership theory describing how groups and group dynamics evolve over time.
One of the min pillars of this leadership theory is the experience that the UGL-course (Development of Group and Leaders) give.
I did my military service at KA2 in Karlskrona and KA5 in Härnösand. The work was mainly in the areas of supply and logistics.
I worked at BPA EL Regional Office in Norrköping. My work included Purchase and Accounts Receivable Management, monthly reconciliations and other financial tasks.
I worked at the Sea Chart Department's editorial unit. At that unit is compiled and published Notifications for Seafarers (UFS). UFS is a publication published weekly and includes updates to the charts and temporary warnings to seafarers in Swedish and international waters.

This was one week intensive course with focus on group dynamic processes. The course is built on experience-based learning with the goal of the participants to become more effective as team members, managers and teachers.
